Q: How can I check whether the product(s) I want are in stock at a given store?

IN-STORE PICKUP

Q: Do you charge for in-store pickups?
A: No, our in-store collection service is free of charge.

 


SHIPPING

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Free shipping is offered for brand-new appliances with exceptions for remote locations. If this is the case, our team will contact you. 

Q: Can the courier deliver appliances inside my home?

A: Due to liability and safety concerns, our couriers will only be able to deliver your appliance to either the front porch, driveway, or garage.

 


WARRANTY & RETURNS

Q: What is the warranty of the product I purchased?

A: All renoshop products come with a warranty to provide peace of mind. Should you encounter any issues, we will stand behind our products. Note that warranties vary by product—please refer to your warranty card or contact your local store for details.

Q: What is the warranty for CROWN products?

A: All CROWN products include a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of purchase. 

Q: What is the warranty for CROWN range hoods?

A: New CROWN range hoods include a 5 year warranty for the motor, 1 year warranty for other components, and 1 year of included labour costs (as mentioned on the warranty card).

Q: What is the warranty for CROWN open-box range hoods?

A: All CROWN open-box products include a 3-month Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of purchase.

Q: Is there an option to purchase an extended warranty?

A: Sorry, this isn't available.

Q: Can I register product warranty online?

A: Yes, please email the warranty card or receipt to info@renoshop.ca 

Q:What is the return policy for online purchases?

A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date with a restocking fee. (unassembled - 15%, uninstalled - 15%, unopened - 10%, used - no returns)

Range Hoods

Q: Where are Renoshop's range hoods produced?

A: Our range hoods are OEM-manufactured in China to ensure high-quality production at competitive prices. 

Q: Are your range hoods certified?
A: Yes, all of our range hoods are certified for use in North America. Depending on the model, they are either CSA or ETL certified. 

Q: What is the range hood made out of?

A: Our range hoods are constructed from durable 18-gauge, 304 stainless steel for long-lasting performance and a premium finish.

Q: What is the return policy for your range hoods?

A: If you are experiencing a product issue, we are responsible for repairing and/or replacing it. If there is no product issue, we only accept returns that have not been installed (Shipping and restocking fees apply).

Q: Have open-box items been used before?

A: No, open-box products have only had their boxes opened or were used as showroom models. 

Q: Do you sell refurbished or slightly dented units on discount?

A: Yes, we offer large discounts for refurbished range hoods. These are only available for in-store pick-up. 

Q: Does installation include removal of the old range hood?

A: Yes, our installation service includes the removal of old range hoods. 

 

Pro-BF01/03/04/FT10, SC/SS models

Q: Can I install this on my current rectangular duct?

A: Yes, these range hoods are compatible with a 6" circular or 3 1/4" x 10" rectangular vent. These models also include the same dimension rectangular back vent. Adapters are included with your purchase. 

Q: Do you carry any ductless options for range hoods?

A: Yes, the Pro-FT10 has a ductless option. 

Q: Can I change the vent size to 4"?

A: We do not recommend changing the size of the vent as it will reduce power and increase noise. If necessary, a reducer can be purchased.

Q: Can I connect the vent using a flexible aluminum foil hose duct?

A: We do not recommend using these ducts, as it will create more noise. Instead, we do recommend using a galvanized duct.

 

PIZZA OVENS

Q: Do your pizza ovens include the propane regulator connector hose?

A: It is included with both the HP003SH and APOG033 models. 

Q: What material is the included pizza oven tile made of?

A: It is made of ceramic.

Q: What is the maximum operating temperature?

A: 500 degrees Fahrenheit / 260 degrees celsius.

Q: What accessories are included with your pizza ovens? 

A: Pizza ovens with "accessories included" contain a pizza cutter, a pizza peel/paddle, and a pizza server. 

 


TROUBLESHOOTING

Q: My range hood is not functioning / switch panel isn't working / switch or light malfunctioning.

A: Please perform a reset. Turn off the power from the circuit breaker, wait 5 minutes, then turn it back on.

Q: Why does my range hood power light flash when turning off the fan? Why does it require a second push to turn off the fan?
A: This is a 1 minute time-delay feature which automatically shuts the range hood off after 1 minute. 

Q: Why is my new range hood noisy after installation?

A: The damper flap may have been blocked by the duct during installation and is not fully opening after powering up. Alternatively, the motor may need replacing.

Q: Do you still have parts and filters for the Euro-B02 / B30 range hood?

A: Sorry, this product has been discontinued.

Q: My range hood is not working properly. How do I schedule service?
